Abstract
Objectives :Tortipelvis subluxation causes abnormal spinal curvature. To investigate the relationship in Ferguson¡¯s angle, lumbar intervertebral disc(IVD) angle and lumbar lordotic angle in low back pain patients with acute lateral tortipelvis were discussed.

Methods :The subject of this study consisted of 13 patients who were diagnosed as acute lateral tortipelvis 4th lumbar by X-ray and 21 patients who were diagnosed as none tortipelvis. We investigated the Ferguson¡¯s angle, IVD angle, lumbar lordotic angle on X-ray film.

Results and Conclusions:1. In acute lateral tortipelvis 4th lumbar group, Ferguson¡¯s angle was bigger than none tortipelvis group(p>0.05). 2. In acute lateral tortipelvis 4th lumbar group, L4-5 IVD angle was significantly lower than none tortipelvis group(p<0.05). Also, this was smaller than the criteria of Barge¡¯s IVD angle. 3. In acute lateral tortipelvis 4th lumbar group, lumbar lordotic angle was bigger than none tortipelvis group(p>0.05). Also, this was bigger than the criteria of Barge¡¯s lumbar lordotic angle.
